Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Viio enables organisations to optimise software spend and compliance through full visibility and control of their SaaS estate. Its platform combines data-driven technology with advisory services to help customers reduce costs, curb shadow IT, and improve licence management.
Viio serves a growing base of enterprise clients across Europe and has established itself as a trusted partner for SaaS optimisation. The acquisition strengthens Matrix42’s position in the Nordics and enhances its strategic focus on cloud services, SaaS cost optimisation, and integrated IT service management.
